What’s coming up for you in this season? Flowers, new growth, nests being meticulously put together and eggs cared for. Buds on the trees. Finally, warmer weather.
Yet, sometimes it’s not flowers.
Four weeks after my gallbladder surgery, I was able to begin exercising. My walks were slow and mostly steady breathing. I did 10 minutes of body work using 8-pound weights.
I was in a very similar place last year. Why? Looking back I saw how caregiving snuffed out time for me. I hold myself accountable understanding that I could have taken the time to exercise but the energy and motivation wasn’t there.
